I graduated in June 2008 from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia where I majored in studio art and art history. I have been sketching ever since I can remember — and before! My sketches have evolved from whimsical mermaids (age 4!) to portraits of my dachshunds Nathalie, Priscilla, Eloise and Jemima! Later I began sketching ballerinas and brides which eventually led to my love of sketching all things fashionable and elegant. My sketching moves as quickly as the ever-changing styles of the moment in my attempts to capture the glamour and beauty of couture.
